Production Staff (m/w/d) – Power Electronics Assembly

Full-time On-site Waghäusel-Kirrlach Manufacturing
€15–€16 / hour Hourly rate

Join DPS in Waghäusel-Kirrlach as Production Staff: assemble power electronics, run functional tests and visual quality checks. €15–16/h, full- or part-time, permanent contract.

About the role

Digital Power Systems (DPS) is a German-based B2B manufacturer of power-electronics systems. At our production site at Bruchsaler Str. 17 in Waghäusel-Kirrlach, we are expanding our manufacturing team and are looking for two Production Staff members to support the assembly and testing of electronic assemblies in a reliable, process-oriented environment.

In this role, you will mount PCBs into housings, carry out functional tests, apply labels, and perform precise visual quality inspections. You will work according to clear work instructions and specifications, with structured onboarding and training from day one. We value careful hands-on work, attention to detail, and consistent quality.

This is a full-time or part-time role — for example, mornings only — with a permanent contract and hourly pay of €15–€16. If you want to build a long-term role in power-electronics manufacturing in a cooperative team, we look forward to your application.

What you bring

Required:

  • German language skills at CEFR level B1 or above to understand work instructions and communicate clearly with the team
  • Ability to perform precise visual quality inspections and follow defined inspection criteria
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
  • Manual dexterity and care when handling electronic assemblies
  • Reliable, self-organized working style and willingness to follow documented processes

Nice to have:

  • Experience with hand soldering, including component sizes down to 0402
  • Experience with functional testing of electronic assemblies
  • English language skills at CEFR level B1 or above

What we offer

  • Fair hourly pay of €15–€16 and a permanent employment contract with long-term perspective
  • Full-time or part-time scheduling, including morning-only options and flexible working hours
  • Thorough onboarding and practical training so you can work confidently and safely
  • Clear, documented processes and a cooperative, supportive production team
  • Modern, stable B2B power-electronics manufacturing environment in Waghäusel-Kirrlach
  • Recruitment data notice: applicant data is processed solely for this recruitment process and deleted after the statutory retention period, typically six months following the selection decision.
