About the role

At Digital Power Systems (DPS), we are introducing a truly disruptive DIN rail power supply—a product that will redefine its category just as the first smartphone transformed mobile communication, with possibility of 1 million Euro turnover the first year. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the market introduction and drive global adoption of this innovative solution.

In this role, you will take ownership of our go-to-market strategy, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and established network to build partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and key accounts. You will be the voice of a product that fills a new segment, educating the market and converting early adopters into loyal advocates.

You will work closely with our engineering and product management teams to translate technical excellence into compelling value propositions. With the freedom to work remotely and the autonomy to shape your sales approach, you will have the resources and support of a focused, innovation-driven company behind you.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of power electronics, specifically in the DIN rail power supply or related market
  • Extensive network and active contacts among distributors, system integrators, and industrial end-users
  • Deep understanding of market trends, competitor landscapes, and regulatory standards in the power supply industry
  • Track record of successfully launching technical products and establishing new market segments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (at least C1 level in both)
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work remotely and independently
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
