Web Shop Manager (m/w/d)

About the role
Digital Power Systems (DPS) is a B2B power-electronics manufacturer based in Karlsruhe, Germany. We are looking for a motivated working student to join our Sales team as a Shop Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of our product presentation, from shooting high-quality photos to maintaining our webshop and supporting customers.
You will work onsite in our Karlsruhe-Oststadt office, using a Canon camera and Canva to create compelling product images that align with our design system. You’ll ensure our product data is accurate, check stock levels, and handle email inquiries with a service-oriented mindset. This is a hands-on position that offers real responsibility and the chance to develop your skills in a professional B2B environment.

What you bring
- Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field such as media design, business, or similar
- Experience with product photography, ideally using a Canon camera
- Proficiency in Canva or comparable image editing tools
- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail in product presentation
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Reliable and structured working style, with a focus on data accuracy
- First experience with web shop management or product data maintenance is a plus
- German at minimum B2 level (CEFR) and English at B1 level for internal communication
- Customer-oriented communication skills for email support
