Returns & Right of Withdrawal

DPS sells exclusively to businesses and does not accept returns of delivered goods. There is no voluntary right of return or exchange. Your statutory warranty rights for defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain fully unaffected (see below).

No Right of Withdrawal (B2B)

Our offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law, and special funds under public law. The statutory consumer right of withdrawal (Section 13 BGB) therefore does not apply. Orders are binding commercial purchases; returns for reasons other than a defect in the goods (e.g. ordering error, changed requirements) are excluded. The conclusion of contract is governed by our Terms and Conditions (Sections 1 and 2).

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

If the delivered goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly, your statutory warranty rights apply without restriction. Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify defects in writing in accordance with Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) – obvious defects within seven (7) business days of receipt, hidden defects immediately upon discovery. In a confirmed defect case, we will, at our choice, provide repair or replacement. The full provisions are set out in Terms and Conditions Section 7 (Warranty and Liability for Defects).
